Candidates must have the utmost personal integrity and be trusted to work independently and professionally with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional IT experience and success. A+, MCP, and MCSE are required.
 

An IT Professional for MoeCloud Group Services has one primary responsibility: caring for the technical needs of our clients. Care can be defined as the following: allowing our clients to focus on what they do best. Either remotely or onsite, you will accomplish this goal by maintaining, supporting, administrating and implementing a solid network as well as providing the absolute best possible customer service.

Position Description:

• Full Time

• Manage issues relating to computer systems, servers or the network

• Design and implement network solutions that meet clients' business needs

• Administrate servers in a Microsoft environment and have thorough knowledge of LANs and WANs

• Correspond with executives and top management with regards to technology needs and current status

• Provide technical support to end users on computer issues

• Document and update requests for support as well as the resolution

• Provide troubleshooting expertise to server related issues

• Update clients' workstations and servers with latest patches and security releases

• Resolve problems related to Operating Systems and/or desktop applications

• Facilitate communications between hardware/software vendors when necessary
